I thought we’d always be together…thought this was the one.

It was great in the beginning; I suppose it always is.

On some level, though, you worry that things won’t always be perfect. You’ve had others before and remember how all those ended. You think that it’s only a matter of time before things go awry, but you never acknowledge it aloud. It remains an untold secret between you two while you try to remain positive.

Eventually, though, you realize something is wrong and try as you might to ignore it, you just can’t. You can’t take being unhappy any longer and you know exactly what needs to be done…

The look is quite similar to the last, but features a different font scheme and is inspired by a line from John Milton’s epic poem Paradise Lost.

It’s also an homage to the now defunct N-Retrospekt, a former personal blog and website of mine. Speaking of which, I have a new one of those, but this is not it.
